The E - trade between China and South Korea has being primarily happened among people - to - people enterprises , but now the trade is officially carried forward by the two gorernments. This pape probes into the concept of E - trade, its recent developments and the policies taken by South Korean government in order to promote the E - trade, putting forward the content and proram of sino - Korean E - trade cooperation and affirming that the cooperation between China and Korea will greatly contribute to the activation of E - trade.
