我国产业结构调整关键在于加速传统产业的优化升级

To Expedite the Optimization and Upgrading of the Traditional Industries is Critical for China Industrial Structure Readjustment

本文通过实证分析指出:在新技术革命浪潮冲击下,近年来我国传统产业正处于严重的弱势状态,经济效益持续低迷,竞争力连年下滑,成为制约我国经济增长和国家竞争力提高的“瓶颈”。加入WTO后,我国产业结构调整的首要任务是必须加速传统产业的改造和优化升级。

This paper shows that Chinese traditional industries are experiencing a seriously weakened situation with low profitability and decreasing competitive capability , which has become a bottle - neck in the growth of Chinese economy and the promotion of international competitiveness . With China entering WTO , the most important task for China to adjust its industrial structure is to expedite the transformation,optimization and upgrading the traditional industries.
