摘要
90年代以来,知识经济的出现和发展带来了经济的全球化和知识的经济化,而知识的经济化又带来了人力资本的升值,从而引起了对人性看法的不同观念,并出现不同的激励观。面对知识经济的挑战,现代企业就应该改变传统的仅局限于提高人力资源个体绩效的思想,采用整体激励的思想来改变激励方式。以此思想为基础,本文从薪酬激励、职位激励和情感激励三个方面来探讨激励的创新,以期推动、提高企业的整体业绩。
With the delvelopment of Knowledge Economy,the economy is becoming glob al and knowledge realizes its econom ic value since 1990' s.Which bring to the human capital va lue added.So there are many differen t views on humanity and motivation.Facing the challenge of Knowledge Ec onomy,our enterprises should change the old idea that is limited in incre asing the perfor-mance of single person into the new id ea that is engaged in enhancing the performance of the whole organzaition.On the basis of the new idea,the essay probe into the new methods to improve the whole performance in three ways:motivation wi th compensation?motivation with job design and motiv ation with emotion.
