摘要
在大功率开关电源的功率因数校正电路中,PFC的效率是人们关注的焦点,除此之外功率损耗及EMI干扰等参数都是提高电路性能的重要因素。国际整流器(IR)公司推出一种新型超快软恢复二极管,将这种PFC二极管和相应的HEXFET功率管MOSFET结合使用可大大提高电路PFC的效率,并降低30%的功率损耗。
A novel ultra-fast soft recovery diode of IR is introduced in this article.With the combination of such PFC diode and IR's HEXFET MOSFET,the efficiency of PFC could be improved observably,and the power loss could also be cut down by 30% .
