摘要 本文介绍了MOS管的电路模型、开关过程、输入输出电容、等效电容,以及电荷存储对MOS管驱动波形的影响和驱动波形的优化设计实例。 The article has intrduced the electrical model of MOSFET,the process of turn-off turn-on,output capacitances,input capacitances, effective capacitances,capacitances storage and their influence for the MOSFET's drive waveform.At last the article gives an example of gate drive optimization.
