低应力预处理对焊接接头疲劳寿命影响规律的试验研究

Study of influence on fatigue life of welded structures by vibratory stress relief

通过试验，给出了低应力预处理对金属焊接接头疲劳寿命影响的规律 曲线．论证了在低应力预处理作用下残余应力峰值下降，因而使疲劳寿命 得以提高的机理．提出了用低应力预处理来提高焊接构件疲劳寿命的新技 术，并给出了技术工艺的主要参数．

This paper presents a curve of influence of vibratory stress relief on fatigue life of welded structures. It is shown that residual stress in welded structures can be relieved by VSR so that their fatigue life can last longer in service. A new processing has been recommended on the basis of the results of the study- using VSR technology to lengthen the fatigue life of welded structures and its parameter are also presented.
