摘要
在对通信一次电源典型结构中的后级DC/DC变换器常用的拓扑形式进行分析基础上,指出其存在的两个关键性问题:整流管高导通损耗和整流管反向恢复问题。文中提出用准方波整流方式解决以上问题,并对其进行了详细的分析研究。结果表明:采用准方波整流方式,可以有效解决现有方案的缺陷,易于实现原边开关管的ZVS,提高变换效率和整机可靠性。
In this paper,the topologies used for the second stage in distributed power systems are reviewed.Based on this,Quasi-Wave-Square (QSW) Rectification is proposed to solve the problem of both the conduction loss and reverse recovery loss of the secondary rectifiers. Combined with secondary current-doulber rectification,this strategy can help to achieve soft-switching of the primary switches and improve the overall efficiency and reliability,when incorporating integrated magnetics technology.
