摘要
本文根据国际刑警组织犯罪分析工作小组编写的《犯罪分析手册》编译而成。国际刑警组织犯罪分析工作小组将犯罪分析方法分为两大类型:快速处置型和长期谋划型。快速处置型分析和长期谋划型分析按分析重点又可再分为三类:犯罪事件分析;罪犯或受害者分析;犯罪控制方法的分析。长期谋划型分析方法包括犯罪模式分析、一般特征分析、犯罪控制方法分析。快速处置型分析方法包括案件分析、比较案件分析;犯罪团伙分析、具体特征分析;调查分析。这些分析方法均值得我们在实际侦破工作中借鉴。
This paper is translated and adapted by the writer on the basis of the Crime Analysis Booklet,by Crime Analysis Working Group of the International Criminal Police Organization,who classify crime analy-sis into two main types:operational and strategic.Each of the two types is further broken down into threegroups depending on the focus of the analysis:criminal incident;offender or victim;methods of controllingcrime.Operational analysis consists of case analysis,comparative case analysis,offender group analysis,specif-ic profile analysis and investigations analysis.Strategic analysis consists of crime pattern analysis,general pro-file analysis,and crime control methods analysis.All these forms of analysis are worth using for reference inour actual crime investigation work.
