摘要
改革开放以来,我国在立法方面取得了长足的进步,这为依法治国打下了坚实的基础,但是同时我们也应该看到随着社会的发展,新情况的不断涌现,法律“盲区”出现,使得法官无法可依,因此,引入判例法应该是解决这一问题的一个办法。
Since the reform and opening up,our country has made considerable progress in legislation,which has laid a solid foundation for ruling the country by law.However,we should also realize that 'blind ar-eas' in respect of law appear along with the social development and the constant emergence of new problems,so that judges have no law to observe.Therefore,introducing case law can be one way of solving this problem.
