摘要
研究了含铜0.59%、1.27%、1.65%三种高纯净热轧实验钢的拉伸强度和塑性、析出相的形貌特点及其对位错的钉扎,并与传统的结构钢进行了比较。结果表明,铜析出相可以明显提高屈服强度,高纯净度可以明显提高塑性;因此高纯净含铜钢是一种具有前景的发展新型钢材的基本技术。
The tensile strength and ductility,the morphology characteristics of precipitates and the corresponding effect nailing up the dislocations of three hot rolled experimental steels containing 0.59%,1.27% and 1.65% respectively,were investigated in comparison with conventional structural steel.It was shown that copper precipitates could increase the yield strength obviously.The high purity will increase the ductility.Therefore,the technolngy based on low impurity and copper alloying should be a new kind of steel development with good perspective.
