运用计算机信息网络技术,通过网管机制,实行网上考核,以公安业务信息和警务活动信息为基础,以计算机网络为载体,辅之相应制度措施和评价标准,在网上对民警和基层单位进行考核。其目的是不断完善考核、激励机制,探索和建立抓队伍、促工作的打防控网管机制。
