On Relationship Between Benefits and Stability in the Socialization of Logistics in Universities and Colleges

中国高等教育事业的大发展,为高校后勤工作带来了前所未有的发展机遇和挑战。高校后勤社会化改革,既要积极吸引社会资金参与,又要克服短期行为。只有加强管理,加大思想政治教育的力度,正确处理好经济效益、社会效益和高校稳定之间的关系,后勤社会化改革才能达到预期的目的。

The rapid development of China's higher education has brought about new opportunity for and challenge to logistics departments in universities and colleges. In the reform of socializing the logistics, it is urgent not only to introduce actively social funds, but also to avoid short-term behaviors eagering for quick success and benefit. The goal of the reform can be achieved only when management is strengthened, more attention is paid to ideological and political education among faculties and students and the relationship between economic and social benefits and the stability in universities and colleges is well dealt with.
