事业单位人事制度正在进行全面改革,人员聘用制度将是令后事业单位基本的用人制度,人才资源开发将取代传统的人事管理。随着我国加入世界贸易组织和知识经济时代的到来,事业单位人事管理将与国际接轨。事业单位人事工作的地位、工作理念、内容、重点和方式方法、都将发生深刻的变化。事业单位人事工作和人事部门的职能亟待重新定位。
The overall reform of the personnel management system is under way in the public institutions. The personnel recruitment scheme will be adopted by most of the institutions. Development of human resources will replace the traditional personnel management.
