摘要
加入WTO以后,我国经济将进入一个高速成长和经济结构大调整的时期,多元化经营已成为我国企业,尤其是企业集团追求成长的重要战略。这既是企业资本高度集中和技术进步,竞争日趋激烈的结果,也是我国企业集团发展成为跨国公司的必然要求。但从十多年的实践来看,无论是在认识上,还是在实际操作中都存在一定的问题。因此,要认真研究和借鉴国外大企业多元化经营的经验教训,总结我国的经营实践,分析研究多元化经营的客观规律和决策技术,加速企业集团的发展以提升我国企业集团的国际竞争力。
After entering into the WTO, China's economy has entered a period of rapid growth and restructuring. The diversification of operation is an important strategy for Chinese enterprises, particularly for the enterprise groups. It is the product of capital amassment, technological development and fierce competition. Chinese enterprise groups that want to become transnational corporations must carry out diversified operation. Some problems had existed both in understanding and practicing diversified operation in Chinese enterprises in the past ten years. So they should learn from the experience and lessons of foreign big enterprises. In addition, they should study the laws and decision-making skills concerning diversification of operation so that they can speed up their development and increase their competitiveness at the world market.
