摘要
在部分高校教师考评工作中,存在着评价缺乏公正性、目的与手段倒置等缺陷。要想做好高校教师的管理工作,就要建立科学、公正、合理的评价体系,使个人职业生涯设计与组织发展规划相结合。
The assessment of teachers' work in institutions of higher learning has the defects of lack of justice and inversion of ends and means. In order to improve the management of college teachers, an assessment system should be set up, which can combine a teacher's own career plan with the development plan of the college in which he works.
