摘要
考核激励机制是公安队伍管理长效机制建设中的一个重要组成部分,在整个长效机制中起到为其他制度建设产生的功效把关、调整、质检、验收的重要作用。沧州市公安局运河分局,把考评激励机制逐步引入公安队伍管理的实践,对建立和完善队伍管理长效机制进行了一系列有益的探索。对当前在考评激励机制建设上存在的问题,分析了原因并提出了对策。
Examination-evaluation inspiring mechanism is an important component in developing a long-lasting mechanism for the management of public security ranks.It plays an important role in checking,adjust-ing,inspecting and accepting the effects of other rules.Cangzhou Public Security Bureau Yunhe Sub-Bureauintroduces step by step the examination-evaluation inspiring mechanism into the practices of managing publicsecurity ranks,carries out a series of valuable explorations with regard to setting up and perfecting a long-last-ing ranks management mechanism.In view of the current problems existing in developing the examination-e-valuation inspiring mechanism,they have analyzed the causes and put forward the countermeasures.
