当事人到法院打官司由于多方面的原因,都存有不同的心态,这种心态的产生源于他们不同的心理素质和不同的诉讼目的。作为法官要认真分析当事人的心态,准确把握他们的心理动因,针对不同心态,采取相应的对策,促使当事人能够调整心理,端正态度,确保案件的顺利审判。
Every litigant has different pyschology which originates from different pyschological qualitiesand litigious aims.A judge should analyse litigants,psychology thoroughly,grasp their psychological factorsand take appropriate countermeasures to make litigants'mental peaceful.All of these ensure that cases would betried without a hitch.
