21世纪国有林场要实现可持续发展,就必须充分认识当前林业发展的新形势、新要求,正视自身存在的问题,明确林业发展的方向,实行跨越式发展。为此,必须很好地完成林业建设、多种经营和内部改革三大任务。

In order to implement sustainable development in the state-owned forest farms in 21st century we must do as follows : 1. Be fully aware of the current situation in the forestry sector; 2. Dare to face squarely the problems of our own; 3. Be clear about the orientation of forestry development;4. Implement the development with bounce and leaps; 5. Fulfill the three tasks-forestry construction, diversified economy and the reform of forest farms.
