With the rapid rising of service functin needs and mobile communication metwork in the urban vehicle monitor system,designing appropriate mobile communication middleware can shield the complexity of nether communication network layers and provide a supporting environment to meet the requirements of monitoring service.For application developers the middleware,which differs in QoS,makes different mobile communication network act like a seamless communication system.
