对单管注水流程洗井工艺的再认识

摘要 由于污水回注、沿程腐蚀等原因,吐哈油田注入水水质逐年变差,近年来洗井工作量及其费用急剧增加,单管注水流程洗井工艺技术已表现出_定的局限性。通过对单管注水流程洗井工艺的技术要求、适应条件、使用方法、洗井费用等的再认识,分析了单管注水流程洗井技术在吐哈油田的适应性。 Hole - opener treatment in single Pipeline is suitable for marginal oilfield with less workload and scattered wells. It requires that injection water be deoxidized, bacteria removed and precision filtrated so that the water conforms to injection water quality standards, not corroding, scaling or clogging the formation. In Tuha Oilfield over 95% injection wells are centralized. The quality of injected water is becoming worse and worse because of the produced - water re - injection and corrosion, leading to dramatic increasing in workload and cost of hole - opener treatment. Hole - opener treatment in single shows some limitations. This paper evaluates the suitability of Holeopener treatment in single Pipeline in Tuha Oilfield by re - understanding the technology requirements, suitable conditions, application method and cost of hole - opener treatment in single Pipeline
