RF-MEMS在未来无线通讯中的应用

摘要 RF-MEMS就是利用MEMS技术制作各种用于无线通讯的射频器件或系统RF-MEMS技术不仅为制作集信息的采集、处理、传播于一体的SOC成为可能,而且表现出比传统的通讯元件具有更优越的内在性能。RF-MEMS器件包括滤波器,谐振器,微共面线和微型波导,高Q值电压调谐电容器,电感,微机械开关,天线等。这些器件具有低损耗,高性能,易于与传统的硅大规模集成电路兼容等特点。RF-MEMS器件在未来小型化低成本无线通讯中有着广泛的应用。为实现RF-MEMS实用化,仍有大量问题等待解决。
