农科教结合的效益分析

Benefit Analysis of the Integration of Agriculture,Sci-tech and Education

农科教结合的效益主要表现为经济效益,其本质是技术进步。在其他因素保持常规现状下,可以着重分析科技进步对一个地区经济增长的影响。根据四川省农科院《农业科技工作的经济评价方法》,按产业类别分项计算"九五"期间彬县小章镇农科教结合的年度经济效益数值及各项目效益数量总值和纯技术效益总值,并进行效益分析,以指导农业产业结构调整。

Economic benefit is the main part of the integration of agriculture,scitech and education.Technological advancement is its essence.Under the costant condition of other factors the influence of technological improvement on economic development in a certain area was analyzed.According to 'Economic evaluation method of agricultural scitech issues'compiled by Institute of Agriculture and Scitech of Sichuan province, the annual economic benefit value,the total benefit value of individual industries and the pure technological benefit value of integration of agriculture, scitech and education in Xiaozhang town of Binxian County during the 'ninth fiveyear plan' were respectively calculated.And these beneficial results were analyzed to guide the adjustment of the structure of agricultural production.
