轻烃回收分析与优化改造

摘要 轻烃回收过程是一个物料平衡过程,没有复杂的化学反应,要保证轻烃装置高效运行,应首先对物料在各段的物流损失做有效控制。针对轻烃生产运行过程控制、编程计算、得到各段物流状况及损失情况,分析影响因素及损失值,并结合现场生产情况进行优化控制,在浅冷轻烃回收装置寻求投资最少、效益最大化的生产工艺流程。 Light end recovery process is a material balance process without complex chemical reaction.To ensure the light ends unit running high efficiently,the material flow loss of every stage must be controlled effectively at first. In this paper,state and loss of material stream at every stage were calculated by production process control of light ends unit and program,the affecting factors and loss value were analyzed.Optimization control has been carried out according to field situation,so that a goal of minimum investment and maximum benefit can be met in the higher temperature light ends unit.
