谈高师体育专业学生实习能力的培养

The Cultivation of Practice Ability to the Physical Education Students in Teachers College

教育实习是师范教育的重要环节 ,是教学计划中不可缺少的组成部分。然而 ,从近几年的教育实习过程中发现河南师大体育系学生的工作能力和中学体育教育工作需要尚存一定差距 ,尤其是教学能力、组织管理能力、竞赛裁判能力等方面较差。为此 ,本文就教育实习中所存在的一些突出问题 ,提出了加强学生能力培养的几点建议。

Education training ,which is an important link of teacher-training education is a necessary component in the teaching plan.However,during recent work of education training ,it has been found that there is a distance away from the middle school` s physical education learning ,especially students` learning ability , organization and management ability and contest judge ability are very weak .Hence ,this article makes some suggestions of cultivating students ability on some eminent questions existing in the education training .
