On Morality of Teachers in Colleges and Universities

“师者 ,人之楷模也”,在市场经济社会 ,高校教师应该正确处理好个人利益与教师职业道德建设的关系 ,全面提高自身素质 ,教书育人 ,为人师表 。

Teachers are the models for their students'. In the society of market economy, teachers in colleges and universities, devoting to the course of Chinese education, should properly deal with the relationship between their own interests and the building of morality of teachers, improve their own all around qualities, do well their teaching and be a paragon of virtue learning.
