摘要
田径运动中,柔韧素质与运动成绩关系甚为密切,其作用不容忽视。科学合理的发展运动员的柔韧素质,可加大动作幅度,增加肌力和速度,提高关节的灵活性,从而使身体获得最佳机能水平,动作更显轻巧、灵活、协调和准确。由于田径运动项目多而杂,训练中很难把握柔韧素质的"度",为此,我们以性别、项目、年龄等为突破口,加深剖析"柔韧素质"训练特点的力度,旨在进一步提高柔韧素质在田径各个项目中的重要作用。
In track and field, flexibility quality is closely related to the result of training, people shouldn’t ignore it’s function. Developing the athletes flexibility quality scientifically and rationally would enlarge the range of the movement strengthen muscles, speed up the velocity, and promote the facility of joints. Further more, it can make the body reach the best functional level and let the movement more nimble agile a ordinate and accurate. It is usually hard to handle the" degree" of the flexibility quality in a training process, and there are so many items in track and field, so we try to analyses the training character of flexibility quality in the light of sex, item, age group, and so on in order to emphasize the importance of flexibility qualitytraining in each item of track and field.
