摘要
目的:观察冬训初自行车运动员免疫细胞因子y—IFN、IL-4、IL-2的变化,同时与8名正常人进行对照分析。方法:采用ELISA抗体夹心法。结果:实验组运动员的免疫细胞因子y—IFN值明显低于对照组(P【0.05)。提示:冬训初期,运动员免疫机能水平较低,可能与长期高强度比赛和训练疲劳的积累有关。积极性身体训练,可有效调整运动员身体免疫机能,降低易感程度,为冬训中、后期的大负荷训练奠定良好的身体基础。
The changes of y-IFN, IL-2 were observed during the initial winter training in cyclists, and they were compared with 8 healthy adults at the same time. The method of ILISA was used. The results showed that immunocyte factor y-IFN of the cyclist group was significantly lower than the control(p<0.05), It was demonstrated that the immune function lever of the cyclists during the initial winter training was lower, it was connected with fatigue that prolonged heavy competition and training all the year round, the fatigue could not be recovered in good time. After a period of activity physical training; immune function of the cyclists could be adjusted effectively and could decrease susceptibility. It would bd established a good physical foundation for load training in the middle and late period of the winter training.
