No Letter of Invitation Demand for ExitBeginning on February 1,he Tibetans no longer have toproduce letters of invitation for visa to visit their relativesresiding overseas.And the public security authorities will nolonger demand exit registration attached to the visa. The newregulation is worked out to cope with China’s accession intothe WTO.
