镓铝砷激光并短波综合治疗早期面神经炎疗效观察

Clinical observation of Ga Al As Laser and short wave therapy on early facial neuritis

目的 观察面神经炎患者早期药物治疗 ,配合镓铝砷激光并短波的疗效。方法 面神经患者 40例 ,随机分为药物治疗组和综合组 ,药物治疗组 2 0例 ,综合组 2 0例 ,药物治疗组采用神经内科常规用药 ,1 4天为 1个疗程。综合组在药物治疗同时 ,加用镓铝砷激光并短波的疗效 ,每日 1次 ,1 0次为 1个疗程。结果 两组患者治疗前临床特点比较 ,χ2 <3 .84,P >0 .0 5 ,差异无显著性。经治疗后 ,综合组有效率 90 % ,药物治疗组为 70 % ,综合组的治愈率显著高于常规治疗组 ,采用非参数统计Ridit分析 ,U =2 .1 5 ,P <0 .0 5 ,差异有显著性。结论 早期面神经炎患者 ,药物治疗配合镓铝砷激光并短波 ,产生协同作用 ,使临床疗效明显提高。

Objective To investigate the curative effect of treating the early facial neuritis with medicine and Ga Al As laser combined short wave therapy. Metheds 40 cases with facial neuritis were randomely divided into two groups:medical treated group,combined treated group.There were 20 cases in medical treated group and 20 cases in combined treat group.The cases in medical treated group were received medicine treatment in the regular fashion,14 days as a curative duration In combined treated group,patients received medical treatment,at the same time,they received Ga Al As laser combined short wave therapy once a day,10 times as a curative duration. Results Ther were no clinical difference between the two groups,before therapy(χ 2<3.84,P>0.05).The treated effective rate in combined group was 90% and in medical treated group was 70% after therapy.The treatd effective rate in combined group was superior to the medical treated group (Ridit analysis,U=2.15,P<0.05). There were great differences between the two groups. Conclusion Treating early facial neuritis with medicine and Ga Al As laser combined short wave therapy can improve the curative effect.
