疗养舒适研究

目的 探讨疗养舒适的条件。方法 复习有关资料 ,列出影响疗养舒适的因素 ,归纳、分析、总结出影响疗养舒适和进行疗养活动的最佳舒适条件。结果 疗养室内舒适温度夏季 2 6～ 2 8℃ ,冬季 1 8～ 2 2℃ ,疗养室外舒适温度 1 8～ 2 1℃。人体感觉舒适的相对湿度 60～ 70 %。人体感觉舒适的疗养室内风速夏季 0 .2～ 0 .5m/s,冬季 0 .1 5～ 0 .3m/s。疗养舒适的构成要素是环境温度、湿度、风速和个人着装、活动水平的适当组合。结论 影响疗养舒适的因素有温度、湿度、风速、冷热交替、不对称受热、颜色、拥挤程度、空气压力等环境因素和着装、活动水平、体型、生理节律、食物等个人因素。疗养舒适与否 ,受疗养环境温度、湿度、风速和个人着装、活动水平影响明显。

Objective To inquire the condition in which convalescent fell comfortable Methods reviewing some files about it,inducing analyzing concluding the most comfortable condition which can effect the comfortable felling of convalescent and are best to take some convalescent actions Results The convalescent unit comfortable temperature in summer is 26～28℃;in winter is 18～21℃ The relative humidity in which body fell comfortable is 60%～70%.The wind velocity of intraconvalescent which can make body fell well in summer is 0.2～0.5 m/s;in winter is 0.15～0.3 m/s The essential factors of comfortable convalescent are circumstance temperature?humidity?wind velocity and dressing?actions. Conclusion The factors can effect convalescent are circumstance including temperature?humidity?wind velocity?the alteration between cool and hot?Unsymme tric heated?color?crowed level?atmospheric pressure etc and individual factors including dressing action figure rhythm food etc.Circumstance?temperature?humidity?wind velocity?dressing?action etc especially effect the convalescent.
