摘要
实验研究了部分充有两种互不相溶混合流体转子系统的振动和稳定性 ,分析了充液量对转子系统振动和稳定性的影响。结果表明 ,部分充有两种互不相溶混合流体转子系统的失稳过程比充有单一流体转子系统的失稳过程更为复杂 ,其动力特性不仅与自由表面有关 ,而且还与不同流体分界面上旋转波的特性密切相关。充有两种互不相溶混合流体的转子系统与充有单一流体的转子系统一样 ,一般在转速超过了其一阶临界转速后就会出现不稳定。转子在不稳定区内既不以一个固定值或转子系统的某阶固有频率进行涡动 ,也不以转速的某恒比率频率进行涡动。随着转速的增大 。
The vibration and stability of a flexible rotor with an over-hang disk partially filled with two kinds of fluids are investigated experimentally, and the effect of volume of fluid filled on the vibration and stability of the rotor system is dealt with. The developing process of the unstable motion, the dynamical behaviour of the rotor system, and the whirling direction and frequency of the rotor system in the unstable region of the rotational speeds are carefully observed. It is shown that the dynamic characteristics of a rotor system filled with two kinds of fluids are more complex than that with one kind of fluid, which depend on the waves both in free-fluid-surface and in inter-surface between two kinds of fluids. The instability in a rotor system partially filled with two kinds of fluids occurs when the rotational speed is just over the first critical speed of the rotor system filled fluid. The rotor system in the unstable region of rotational speeds does not whirl at either a constant speed or the first critical speed of the rotor system, the forward whirling frequency of the rotor system in the unstable region depends on not only the rotational speed, but also the volume of the fluid filled in the chamber, and the volume ratio of the two fluids. The whirling frequency of the rotor system increases with the increase of the rotational speed.
