摘要
基于对循环累积量的分析 ,提出一种表示信号在一定循环频率集的循环双谱表示方法。齿轮箱振动信号的三阶循环平稳性通过对齿轮的传递误差、齿轮的动力学和振动信号的三阶循环矩的分析来证明。齿轮箱振动信号的循环双谱将齿轮箱的状态特征比较清晰地表示为频率的循环双谱大小分布 。
The characteristics of the third-order cyclic cumulant and its spectrum are adopted for gearbox feature representation because cyclostationarity matches the key feature of the rotating machinery and the higher-order cumulant is effective in tolerating the Gaussian and non-Gaussian noise. Based on the analysis of the cyclic cumulant, the cyclic bispectrum in a frequency set is proposed for gearbox feature representation. The third-order cyclostationarity of the gearbox vibration is demonstrated through the analysis on the gearbox transmission error, the dynamics and the third-order cyclic moment of the gearbox vibration. The proposed cyclic bispectrum is utilized in the gearbox feature representation and the outcome indicated that the cyclic bispectrum is effective in demonstrating the gearbox condition.
