摘要
应用DPH荧光探剂,研究了:1)草鱼、鲢、建鲤及尼罗罗非鱼在25℃,10℃及3℃等不同温度时血红细胞膜流动性;2)黑龙江野鲤与越冬死亡率较高的不同群体建鲤在低温时血红细胞膜的流动性。在各不同温度下,热水性的罗非鱼红细胞膜流动性显著地低于其他鱼。各种鱼的红细胞膜流动性均随温度的下降而降低;以罗非鱼下降最显著。在低温时,黑龙江野鲤的红细胞膜流动性显著地高于建鲤。
The present paper investigates the red blood cell (RBC) membrane fluidity of grass carp ( Ctenopharyngodon idellus) ,silver carp ( Hypophalmichthys molitrix ) ,common carp ( Cyprinus carpio jian) and tilapia ( Nilolicus sarothronic ) by using DPH fluo-rescene probe,respedtively at 25℃,10℃ and 3℃- Furthermore,the RBC membrane fluidity between field common carp and the different common carp populations which are higher death - rate during winter are compared.At various temperature,the RBC membrane fluidity of tilapia is significantly lower than that of three species of others.The RBC membrane fludity of the four fishes,particularly tilapia,decreases significantly as temperature is changed from 25℃ to 3℃.At the lower temperature,the RBC membrane fluidity of field common carp is higher than that of common carp with higher death -rate in winter
