对皱纹盘鲍外套膜细胞亚显微结构观察表明:外套膜上表皮有柱状细胞、具成群线粒体细胞2种;下表皮有柱状细胞、具成群线粒体细胞、具大颗粒细胞以及高电子密度细胞4种。这些细胞游离端具微绒毛和大、小不等的分泌泡、颗粒,说明有吸收和分泌功能。结缔组织中除有成纤维细胞和颗粒细胞外还充满胶原原纤维和肌原纤维,无髓神经原纤维也较多。

The observation of mantle cells of Haliotis discus with electron miscroscope indicates that there are two kinds of cells in apicuticle; columar cells and cells with piles of mitochondria and there are four kinds of cells in subcuticle; columnar cells,cells with mitochondria,cells withlarge secretory granular of cytoplasm and cells having electronic density of cytoplasm.On the apicalsurface of all kinds of cells there are microvilla,secrtetory vac-uoles and granulars.All cells have secretory and absorptive functions,besides fibfoblasts and granular cells in connective tissue,there are myofibfil,collagenous fibril and unmyeli-nated fibers.
