The year 2002 witnesses the 10th anniversary of Hunchun's opening up to the outside-world. Therefore it is very important for us to present certain arguments on the developmentof the Tumen River area by some experts and scholars at home and abroad. Doing so is also of benefit tothe development of Hunchun and the Tumen River area.
