五苓散治疗功能性消化不良的临床研究

摘要 目的 研究五苓散治疗功能性消化不良的临床效果及作用机制。方法 38例功能性消化不良病人,常规服用五苓散,治疗2周后,观察治疗前后消化不良症状变化,用实时超声法检测病人治疗前后胃液体排空时间。结果 五苓散治疗后胃肠动力障碍所致的症状明显改善,胃液体排空时间明显缩短(P<0.05)。结论 五苓散有确切的促胃动力作用,改善消化不良症状效果显著。 Objective To study and analyze the therapeatic effect of Wuling powder on functional dyspepsia and the mechanism of this effect. Methods 34 patients were treated with Wuling powder in a period of two weeks.The dyspeptic Syndroms were observed before and after treatment.The time of gastric liquid emptying before and after administration were determined by means of ultra-sonography. Results The mean half emptying time (T1/2) and mean emptying time (T) after administration were signifcantly lower than that before ( P < 0.05), while the syndroms related to gastrointeshinal propulsive peristaltic abnomality improved significantly. Conclusion Wuling powder can promote the motility of gastronitestime profoundly and has obvious effect on dyspeptic syndroms in functional dyspepsia.
