黄连素治疗充血性心力衰竭17例疗效观察

Efficacy of Berberine Intreating 17 Patients of Congestive Heart Failure

目的 对口服黄连素17例充血性心力衰竭患者进行疗效观察。方法 检查当日停用其他药物,一次顿服黄连素片0.8g,采用四道生理记录仪,记录服药前后的心阻抗血流图,观察黄连素对充血性心力衰竭患者的治疗反应。结果 服药后外周阻力下降23.9％,心脏指数上升 39.7％,心缩指数增加 26.9％,每搏量增加 41.l％,心搏功增加57.7％,射血分数增加31.4％以上(P<0.05)。肺毛楔压、平均动脉压、心率无显著性变化。结论 黄连素对充血性心力衰竭患者有增加心肌收缩力,降低外周阻力,改善心功能作用,是一种有前途的中药正性肌力药。

Objective To evaluate the hemodynamic responses and explore the inontropic action of berberine in patients with congestive heart failure. Methods All the patients were of New York Heart Association functional class Ⅲ(n= 12)and Ⅳ(n = 5).17 patients were given 0.8g of oral berberine with a single daily and studied with Impedance Cardiogram (ICG) .The hemodynamic effect were recorded before and 0.5, 1, 1.5, 2, 3, 4, 5 hours after oral berberine.Results TpR decreased significantly ( P < 0.05)and CI, HI, EF, SV, SW increased significantly (P < 0.05)2-3h after oral berbine.Conclusion Berberine improved hemodynamics in patients with congestive heart failure.
