医务人员膳食营养调查研究

An Investigation of Dietan Nutrition of Medical Staffs

摘要 目的 提高医务人员的身体素质,促进健康。方法 对174名医院工作人员采用问卷法和记帐法,进行膳食营养调查,并对60名参加值夜班人员测定红细胞、血糖、β-胡萝卜素等指标,观察不同性别间的差异。结果 膳食营养调查结果与推荐膳食供给量(RDA)比较,钙、视黄醇及微量元素硒摄入量不足,血清β-胡萝卜素女性为(0.36±0.23)μmol/L,明显高于男性的(0.17±0.12)μmol/L,差异有非常显著性,P<0.01。结论 应大力宣传指导改变不良生活习惯,合理膳食,适当运动。 Objective To improve health and quality of health of medical staffs.Methods There were 174 medical staffs involved in this study to investigate their dietary nutrition using questionnaire and tally method. Erythrocyte count, blood glucose and β -Caroline were measured in 60 persons who are on night duty to observe the difference between male and female. Results Compared with die recommend dietary provided amount (RDA), the intake amount of calcium, retinene and microelement selenium were deficient.The intake of β- Caroline in female was higher than that of male and with a significant difference between groups of male and female . Conclusion The importance of changing bad habil of diet and life as while as the knowledge of some proper physical exercise, should be popularized.
