药物配合针灸治疗颈椎病123例疗效观察

Oinical Observation on 123 Cases of Cervical Spondylosis Treated by the Combination of Medicine and Acupuncture

目的 探讨药物配合针灸治疗颈椎病的效果。方法 选择123例经确诊的颈椎病患者,并分型,采用内服中药,外敷骨痹贴,配合针灸综合治疗。结果 本组临床症状和体征均有改善、治愈率(91.9％)明显优于文献报道。结论 综合治疗颈椎病要比单一方法疗效好。

Objective To explore the therapeutic effects of medicine combined with acupuncture on cervical spondylosis. Methods 123 patients were treated by Chinese herbal medicine herbs, external application Gu - Bi plaster and acupuncture. Results The clinical symptoms and physical signs in the treatment group improved, the wrative rate (94%) was superior to the reported. Conclusion The combined therapy is better than single method.
