摘要
通过对家庭暴力法律界定及家庭暴力法律特征的分析 ,加强人们对家庭暴力违法性的认识 ,并对家庭暴力立法与执法的完善提出建设性的意见。
It is very important for everyone to know that domestic violence is illegal.So we analyse the legal definition and the legal features of domestic violence in detail in this paper,to strengthen people's knowledge about it,and provide some ideas about how to perfect the establish ment and execution of the law about domestic violence.
