我国加入WTO后,商业银行要想生存、发展、取得良好的效益,必须适应市场的发展,以客户为中心、以业务发展部门为先导,全面满足客户的需求,把商业银行的各项服务功能系列化,提倡集约化经营,大力拓展市场,取得发展和效益的双赢。

After China's entering into WTO,in order to exist,develop and win better profit, China's commercial banks must adapt to the development of market,take the customers as center,put the business development dept. in a leading position,satisfy the customer's requests of all sides,make all kinds of functions of commercial bank into a series of services,advocate operation integrity,expand market and finally realize the dual wins of development and profits.
