Research on the Strategy of Service Trades' Development in Harbin

本文从哈尔滨服务贸易的角度出发,在对哈尔滨服务贸易的历史及现状进行细致分析的基础上,对哈尔滨服务贸易的特点及发展服务贸易对哈尔滨市的重要意义加以总结,并且指出了哈尔滨服务贸易尚存在基础条件相对落后、体制与管理方面的缺陷等一系列的问题,建立采取渐进式的梯度发展原则、集中力量的实力原则、服务贸易体制改革的市场化原则等原则,来实现发展地区服务贸易,从而促进哈尔滨地区的发展。

The article focuses on the service trades in Harbin.On the basis of the detailed analysis,his- torical and present,it sums up the characteristic of Harbin's service trades and the significance of develop- ing service trades,pointing out the relative backwardness in basic conditions and disadvantage in the policy and management and so on.Some policies should be built and adopted such as the policy of gradual progress,advantage concentration and market attached to the reform of service trades' system to realize the development of regional service trades and to improve the development of Harbin.
