The Urgent Problem in Rural Area after China's Entry of WTO

我国加入世界贸易组织,对农业的影响是长期而深远的。受到强烈冲击的我省农民,将面临很多问题,作为基层组织应做好四方面工作,让农民尽快了解世贸知识,树立信心;发展农业产业化和农户组织化,增强实力;加强农业科学技术的应用与推广,提高竞争力;分析现状,了解市场,引导农户合理投资。

China's entry of WTO has profound and long—term significance in rural area, the peasant of our province are under its strong shock and facing many problems. As the basic organization of CCPC should had done well the following 4 tasks: firstly, make the peasant understood the knowledge of WTO, setting up the confidence; secondly, develop the agricultural industrualization and peasant organization in order to enhance the strength; thirdly, strengthen the application and promotion of agricultural science and technology to improve the ability of challenge; fourthly, analyze the actual situation, investigate the market, guide the peasant a reasonable investment.
