摘要
入世后各行各业企业文化冲突与整合问题已客观地凸现出来,本文简略地分析了全球经济一体化所带来的文化差异、冲突与融合,及如何在新形势下合理整合中重塑有中国特色的企业文化。在当前形势下,指导企业重塑企业文化具有一定的现实意义。
The problem of conflict and integration of enterprise culture has been stuck out objectively after the entry of WTO. This article analyses the different conflict and integration of culture, which caused by economic globalization and how to rebuild the enterprise culture in the new situation. At present this will be of certain significance to guide the management of enterprise.
