陈若曦小说创作吸收、借鉴了西方现代主义创作手法 ,其作品 ,特别是早期作品有明显的现代主义倾向 ,到处渗透着象征、暗示手法 ,神秘主义及超现实的时空交错手法 ,反讽手法以及意识流手法。

Chen Ruo xi,who is a Taiwan Residents woman writer,wrote her novels with Western Modernism.Her novels,especially early novels,are apparently apt to modernism.The Symbolism,Indication,Gothic,Surrealism,Irony and Stream of Consciousness,spread over every novel by Chen Ruo xi.This thesis tries to probe into the modernism of Chen's novels.
