40株铜绿假单胞菌的药敏试验及耐药分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的 :分析 4 0株铜绿假单胞菌应用抗生素的耐药结果。方法 :采用Baxter公司生产的半自动微生物分析仪 ,严格按照全国临床检验操作规程进行鉴定和药敏分析。结果 :头孢唑啉、头孢呋新、头孢替坦、头孢曲松、氯霉素 ,四环素、红霉素、洁霉素、呋喃妥因 10 0 .0 0 %耐药。头孢他啶敏感率为 4 0 .0 0 % ,庆大霉素敏感率为 80 .0 0 % ,妥布霉素敏感率为 82 .5 0 % ,氨曲南敏感率为 87.5 0 % ,丁胺卡那敏感率为 90 .0 0 % ,环丙沙星敏感率为 97.5 0 % ,氧氟沙星敏感率为 95 .0 0 %。结论 :铜绿假单胞菌的耐药性与外膜通透性有关 。 Objective:To analyze susceptibility of 40 strains P.aeruginosa to antibiotics. Methods: The identification and MIC were determined by semiautomatic microbial detection instrument. Results: 40 strains were all resisstant to Cefaloridine,Cefuroxime,Cefotetan,Cefotetan,Ceftriaxone,Chloramphemicol, Tetacycline,Erythromycin,Lincomycin, and Nitrfurantoin. The susceptibility rate to Ceftoidime, Gentamycin, Tobramycin, Aztreonam,Amikacin,Ciprofloxacin and ofloxacin was 40.00%, 80.00%, 82.50%, 87.50%, 90.00%, 97.50%, and 95.00%,respectively.Conclusion: Resistance to antimicrobials of P.aeruginosa (Pseudomonas aeruginosa) is related to the bio film permeability. It can tolerate many kinds of antimicrobials with different chemical constructions.The multidrug resistance is natural of the result of mutation. The increase of the drug resistance must be under control. At the same time,much attention should be paid to the Nosocomial infections of it, particularly to the babyhood whose immune system is not mature.Because its spread is fast, the rate is high.
