提出了土地利用总体规划应遵循的五大原则,对四川新华农场土地利用总体规划进行了科学构想和投资效益分析,特色突出,经济效益良好。
In this article, five important principles to be followed are given out in making overall land-utilizing plan.The scientific idea for Xinhua Farm's overall land-utilizing plan and the analysis of its investment results are both outstanding in charateristics and beneficial in economic results
