摘要
选取1种含活性基团的氟树脂,采用合适的固化剂,添加适当的助剂和颜料配制成可常温固化的高耐候性氟树脂防腐蚀涂料。该涂料人工加速光老化试验3000h不粉化、不开裂、不起泡等,中性盐雾试验5000h涂膜无变化。
A kind of fluorine resin was selected which has active functional group in its formula structure. The high quality coating can be cured at room temperature which are made from the resin, other contents such as curing agent, pigment, fillings and accessory ingredients,etc. The coating exhibited no pulverization, no cracking and no froth after 3 000 h speedy photo aging, and after 5 000 h room salt-spray speedy corrosion testing.
