针对投资项目传统财务评价的片面性,本文提出综合评价的方法,对项目进行全面系统的评价。即应用模糊数学的隶属函数对财务评价指标进行量化,提出了效益系数的概念,指出每一个评价指标计算结果与基准指标比较后所代表的项目的效益程度;然后利用层次分析法确定每一指标在项目评价中的权重;最后计算出项目总体效益系数。

Comfort the unilateralism of traditional financial evaluation, author bring forward multidimensional financial evaluation.Frist,the membership functions in fuzzy sets is used in the article and quantified every index in the financial evaluation.Then author calculates the weight rector of every index by the analytical hierarchy process(APH).Last ,the multidimensional benefit coefficient is finished.
