摘要
本文用化学改性的方法对蒙脱士进行有机化处理得到改性蒙脱士,改性后的蒙脱士与丙烯酸和苯乙烯单体进行乳液插层聚合,得到PsPa/蒙脱士复合阻燃涂料。论文还探讨了改性蒙脱士对涂料的影响,并利用锥型量热仪测试与分析其阻燃性能。
MMT was modified by an organic ammonium compound and the modified MTT(OMMT) was obtained. Then PsPa/OMMT composite was synthesized by means of emulsion-intercalation. The effects of OMMT on the general properties of PsPa coatings and the flame retardant of composite was assessed by the cone calorimeter.
